ヨガの練習を深めさらに発展させるためには、私達の中に存在する古くなり、もう使われなくなった物質を取り除いていかなければなりません。クンダリーニ・ヨガの流派にのっとったヨガ・エクササイズ、ダイエット、そしてシンプルな日常的な習慣は私達の臓器や組織の中に滞っている物質的な毒素を取り除くのに役立ってくれます。それだけではなく、感情的なエネルギーや精神的な考え方のパターンなど、もはや私達のためにはならないものを排除する手がかりにもなるのです。このワークショップでは、家に持ち帰ることができる実践的な手段を学べるヨガ・セットを紹介していきます。これらのセットで解毒し、癒し、そして私達の生命にエネルギーを、そしてクリエィティヴさをもたらしてくれます。ワークショップはパーソナル・ヒーリングそして健康プログラムを題材にしていきます。

両日とも、どのレベルの生徒も練習することができるクンダリーニ・ヨガ・セット（ビギナー・ディトックス・ヨガ・セット＆消化器系のためのヨガ・セット）、すなわち、アサナ、プラナヤマ、マントラが含まれます。両日とも受講されることが好ましくはありますが、どちらかのクラスにいらしてもちゃんとついていける内容です。初日は、クンダリ－ニ・ヨガとはどういうものなのかを集中的に掘りさげ、フル・プラクティスを行います。次の日は、フル・プラクティスを行い、クレンジングやデトックスについてのトークを展開していきます。

Miles Maeda略歴
音楽プロデューサー＆DJとして名を広める。クリエィティヴな仕事を更に掘り下げていくため１９９３年からヨガと瞑想に専念し、健康関係のものへの知識を深め、ヨガの稽古に従事するようになる。Murshida Rudi Moumanie
Kadreの元での正式なトレーニングを１９９８年に終え、2年半に渡る総合的なコース（ハタ、クンダリーニ、タオ、チベット・ヨガ、そして、タントラやスーフィズム(www.libertyadvance.org)などの秘伝の教えなどもマスターする）を終了する。最初の先生であったMursshud VanMerlin(www.mursshud.org)指導の元、Traveling Love Show とDJ　Evolution projectsでパフォーマンスをしながら世界中で教えるようになる。ここ最近では、Dr.Il Bung Seo's Zen家系にBopsaの（２００６年7月）、そしてMurshid Hassanのスーフィーの家系からMurshidのイニシエーションを（２００７年3月）受ける。現在は、非営利団体、Ouvreの長として、東京、シカゴ、ポートランドで教育センターのプログラムを開発するために活動している。(www.milesmaeda.com)

Traveling Love Showとは、非営利団体Ouvreの一プロジェクトである。Ouvreとは、古代のスピリチュアルな手段を現代的なクリエーティヴな形式のアートと組み合わせながら人間の意識を目覚めさせることを目的とした団体なのです。１９８８年にカリフォルニアのサン・フランシスコで設立され、オレゴン州のポートランドの本部を拠点としてあらゆる所で活動をしています。

In order for our yoga practice to deepen and mature, we must clear out old and unused material in ourselves. In the Kundalini tradition,yogic exercises, diet and simple daily habits are used to help remove
physical toxins stored in our organs and tissues as well as emotional energies and mental patterns which no longer support us. For this workshop we will introduce a yoga set with practical tools you can take
home and use to detoxify and heal as well as bring more energy and creativity into your life. Workshop includes materials for continuing a personal healing and wellness program.

Both days, will include Kundalini Yoga sets (Beginners Detox Yoga Set & Digestive System Yoga Set) which include asanas, pranayama and mantra that all level of students can do. It is preferable to take both
classes but students may come to either or both classes and will be able to follow along. The first day will focus more on what is Kundalini Yoga and a full practice. The next day will be a full
practice with a talk about cleansing and detox.

Miles Maeda Bio
Miles Maeda is renowned for his work as a music producer and DJ. In 1993 he turned to yoga and meditation in order to deepen his creative work, become educated in health and wellness, as well as train in the
yogic disciplines. He finished his formal training with Murshida Rudi Moumanie Kadre in 1998, completing the 2 1/2-year comprehensive course in Hatha, Kundalini, Tao and Tibetan yogas and in the esoteric paths of
Tantra and Sufism (www.libertyadvance.org). He next began teaching and performing around the world under the guidance of his primary teacher Mursshud VanMerlin (www.mursshud.org) with the Traveling Love Show and DJ Evolution projects. Miles recently became an initiated Bopsa of Dr. Il Bung Seo's Zen lineage (July 2006) and received the Murshid initiation of Murshid Hassan's Sufi lineage (March 2007). Currently, he
heads the non-profit organization, Ouvre, to develop educational centers and programs in Portland, Chicago and Tokyo.www.milesmaeda.com

Traveling Love Show is a project of Ouvre,a non-profit educational corporation dedicated to the awakening of human consciousness through the merging of the ancient spiritual tools with modern creative art
