バイロン・ベイで日本人向けにティーチャー・トレーニング・プログラムを実施されているレイチェル先生が、来日されます。いろいろなテーマを組んでやってもらうことにしました。ヨガの先生のためのワークショップも組んでもらったので、これを機会にぜひ、レイチェル・ジンマン・ワールドを体験してみませんか？

TANTRAという言葉は、’拡張’を意味するTANOTIと’解放’を意味するTrayatiという二つの言葉からできたものです。タントラ式の練習は、アサナやプラナヤマを通して身体を浄化し、特定の瞑想によって精神を集中させていく、喜びに満ちた方法です。呼吸の質が上がると身体もよく動き、集中力も増して生活全体が意識や平穏、美にあふれたものになります。

ヴィンヤサ・ヨガ・シークエンスのフロウと優美さ、プラナヤマの練習と指導、音（マントラ）と形（ヤントラ）を用いてマインドを拡げ、解放していくシンプルでありながら奥の深いタントリックの瞑想などを通し、タントラの手法を経験してみて下さい。

このワークショップの内容は下記の通りです。

全レベルを対象にしたヴィンヤサ・プラクティス
ナディショダナ（血管の浄化）・プラナヤマ・プラクティス
ヤントラとマントラを用いたタントリックの瞑想
シンプルなタントラ哲学についてのトーク、その手法と日々の生活への応用方法

The Tools of Tantra
A Vinyasa yoga, pranayama and meditation workshop
With senior Australian Yoga teacher Rachel Zinman

The word TANTRA comes from two words meaning TANOTI -expansion and Trayati -
liberation. A Tantric practice is a joyful way to purify our bodies through
Asana and Pranayama practices and focus our minds through specific
meditation practices. When we breathe better, move better and are more
focussed and our whole life is full of awareness, peace and beauty.

Experience the tools of Tantra, through the flow and grace of a   Vinyasa
yoga sequence, guided breathing practices and a simple yet profound Tantric
meditation utilising sound ( mantra) and form ( yantra) to expand and
liberate the mind.

This workshop includes
Vinyasa practice for all levels
Nadishodhana Pranayama practice
Tantric meditation with Yantra and Mantra
Short Talk on the philosophy of Tantra, its tools and application in every day life
