ヨガ指導者向けのこの4時間のワークショップでは、一般的に練習されるアサナを取り上げて、実践的なアジャストメントの仕方を学んでいきます。

内側を見つめる：股関節を開く、前屈、ねじり
股関節を開き、前屈を行っていくシリーズを通して、ストレスと緊張を解放していきます。背骨のねじりによって、心の静寂と内なるバランスを見つけていきましょう。
スローダウンすることによって、心の内側に深くもぐり込み、そこに存在する喜びの流れの中を漂い、私達の内に存在する自由を体験しましょう。

ヨーナス・ベステリング 略歴
母国スウェーデン、米国でライセンスをもつ理学療法士。1981年よりスカンジナビアン・ヨガスクールにてヨガの勉強を始める。1999年よりジョン・フレンドとともに勉強し、2003年からアヌサラ・ヨガを指導している。インテグラティヴ・ヨガ・セラピー、またその他のティーチャー・トレーニング・プログラムの中心メンバーとして活躍をしていた。タイの伝統をもとにしたボディワーク療法の専門家でもあり、世界中のスタジオで現在指導中。明瞭さ、意識、喜びを通してヨガのエッセンスを伝えている。

Jonas Westring, PT, E-RYT 500, is a licensed physiotherapist in his native Sweden and in the USA who began his yoga studies in 1981 at the Scandinavian Yoga School. An Anusara Yoga teacher™ since 2003, Jonas has studied with John Friend since 1999. He is a former core faculty member for Integrative Yoga Therapy and other teacher training programs. Jonas also specializes in therapeutic bodywork rooted in the Thai tradition and he teaches at venues worldwide. He transmits the essence of yoga through clarity, mindfulness and joy.
