【内容】
米国におけるマッサージ＆ボディーワーク療法国立資格取得委員会（NCVTMB） により、正式に認められています。

　数多くのパワフルな治療テクニックのレパートリーを持つタイ・ヨガ・ボディワークは、世界中で人気が高まっています。この30時間にわたる本格的な集中講座受講後には、タイ・ボディ・ヨガ・ボディワークの施術を全身に行えるようになります。

同時に、古代から続く実践的なヒーリングのスタイルを、組織の活性化（若返り）や体を変えて行く力を通してじかに体験できます。タイの寺院で数世紀にわたって実践されてきたタイ・ヨガ・ボディワークは気づき、という仏教修行と結び付き、そこから理論を引き出し、さらにヨガやアーユルヴェーダからヨガ・ポーズを取り入れるようになりました。

　ストレッチ療法、関節の動き、深層組織の加圧、エネルギー経路の調整、指圧、ハタ・ヨガ・ポーズ、瞑想、呼吸法などが含まれる、まるまる90分間のシークエンスを学びます。加えて、マッサージを行う際の最も良いエネルギーの流れ、身体と心の声をきくこと、気づきの瞑想、ヨガの呼吸法などのスキルを習得します。また、安全面の心構えや、すべてを療法的な適切なアプローチから行う方法を深く学んで行きます。

　トレーニング終了後、タイ・ヨガ・ボディワーク資格所有者のための詳しい説明が載ったマニュアルと、終了認定証がもらえます。

【講師プロフィール】
母国スウェーデン、米国でライセンスをもつ理学療法士。E-RYT500。1981年よりスカンジナビアン・ヨガ＆メディテーション・スクールにてヨガの勉強を始める。複数の資格を持つヨガ・インストラクターであり、ヨガ・セラピスト。アヌサラ・ヨガ正式認定指導者でもある。

タイの伝統をもとにしたボディワーク療法を専門とし、米国において10年以上にわたり、クリパルセンター（マサチューセッツ）、オメガインスティチュート（ニューヨーク）等でタイ式ヨガ資格取得のためのプログラムを教える。数千人もの人々にタイ・ヨガ・ボディワーク治療の行い方を指導。

理学療法の基盤と25年以上にわたるヨガとボディワークの経験を一つにし、世界各国のスタジオで教えている。冬季はタイに滞在。明瞭さ、意識、喜びを通して古代のセラピューティク・タッチのエッセンスを伝えることで知られる。

Thanks to its large repertoire of powerful and therapeutic techniques, Thai Yoga Bodywork is rapidly becoming popular around the world. This professional 30-hour training intensive prepares you to give a complete full-body Thai Yoga Bodywork session. During this time, you will also directly experience the deep rejuvenation and transformational powers of this ancient style of hands-on healing. Practiced for centuries in the temples of Thailand, Thai Yoga Bodywork incorporates the Buddhist practices of mindfulness and draws its theory and use of assisted yoga postures from yoga and Ayurveda.

You will learn a full 90-minute sequence of traditional techniques, including therapeutic stretching, joint mobilization, deep-tissue compression, toning of energy pathways, acupressure, hatha yoga poses, meditation, and breathing techniques. You will also develop skills for using optimal energy flow, body-mind awareness, mindfulness meditation, and yoga breathing - when giving a massage. Safety consideration and proper, therapeutic application of all techniques will be addressed in-depth.

A detailed and illustrated Thai Yoga Bodywork certification manual is provided and a Certificate of Completion will be given at the end of the training.

Jonas Westring, PT, E-RYT 500, is a licensed physiotherapist in his native Sweden and in the USA who began his yoga studies in 1981 at the Scandinavian Yoga & Meditation School. A multi-certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist, he is also a certified Anusara Yoga® Instructor.

Jonas specializes in therapeutic bodywork in the Thai massage tradition and has taught a Thai Yoga Certification program in the USA for more than 10 years at famous program center such at Kripalu Center and Omega Institute.

He has trained thousands of people in the Thai healing tradition. Combining a background in physiotherapy with over 25 years yoga and bodywork experience Jonas teaches yoga, bodywork and bio-mechanics at venues worldwide.
