ルーシーは、毎年来日していたと思ったのですが、単独のワークショップは２年ぶりだったんですね。
楽しみです。

【日時・内容】

5/30（土）2-4:30pm
肉体という寺院への誘い

「上の如く、下も然り（as above, so below）」・・・・肉体のリズムは、宇宙のリズムを映しだしています。生理周期は、月の周期を反映し、私たちの中にも月のような満ち欠けが存在し、満たされたり、空っぽになったりという循環を繰り返しているのです。

生活や練習を、この宇宙のリズムと同調させていけるようになると、貴重なOjasという生命力、活気を用いて、世の中の現実に対して対抗して戦うというよりは、そのまま迎え入れていくことができるのです。このワークショップでは以下のことを学びます。

-月や宇宙という外側の動きが、内側にもたらす影響を解説（肉体的、心理的／感情的、精神的）
-月の周期の各段階にそれぞれ適した練習方法（食事法も含む）
-生理／月の日に特化した練習方法
-ShaktiやDeviという女神がその姿を顕現したものとしてのこの肉体に対して、尊敬の念をもって接する方法を、肉体の内側に生じる変化を注意深く観察することによって学ぶ

アーユルヴェーダとヨガー自分を知ろう

ピッタ（火）、ヴァータ（空／風）、カファ（地／水）－あなたの優勢ドーシャ、体質はどれですか？一緒に探していきましょう。自分を客観的に見つめなおし、今の自分の練習やライフスタイルが本当にバランスを整えるものになっているのか、あるいは、さらに崩すようなものになっているのかを発見するのは、非常に洞察的な（かつ、本当に面白い）ものです。

アーユルヴェーダは、内側と外側の両方の世界において、刻々と生じ続ける変化を尊重する実践的な科学であり、バランスと変革を共にもたらすような賢い方法で、これらの変化に対応していく方法を教えてくれるのです。このワークショップでは以下のことを学びます。

-優勢ドーシャの診断
-ドーシャが、バランスが取れているとき、あるいは崩れているとき、体のタイプ、性格、ライフスタイルにどのように表れてくるのかを知る
-ヨガ、食事、ライフスタイルのバランスを整えるための実践法

＊ メモ、筆記用具、遊び心を持参！
＊ ワークショップは、理論と練習の両方で構成されますが、動いていくのでヨガウェアを着用してください。

【講師プロフィール】

ルイーズ・シアーとともにヨガ・アーツの国際的に認定されたティーチャー・トレーニングで指導する。東京のヨガ・スタジオ、Sun ＆Moonのティーチャー・トレーニングで定期的にゲスト・ティーチャーをつとめる。他にも各国でクラス、ワークショップ、リトリートを受け持つ。過去13年間に渡り、多様なスタイルのヨガを練習し、様々な師の元で学ぶ。

生命、自然、静寂を長年最良の師として尊ぶ。指導スタイルは流れるようで女性的、直感的でクリエイティヴ。

古典的なヨガのアサナと、自然ならせんを描く動きのフリー・スタイルのダンスと融合させるという、新しいスタイルを生み出す。クラニオ・セイクラル・ボディワーク（頭蓋仙骨療法）の勉強から、教えるときも練習するときも、内側から外側に働きかけることによって、内側の無限性やゆとり、静寂の中にある瞑想的な存在を見いだせることを知る。言葉を使わない、実践的なアジャストメントをこよなく愛し、繊細で明確な意思があれば、身体から身体へのコミュニケ―ションは充分伝わると思っている。

現在情熱をそそいでいるのは、オリッシー・ダンス(東インドにあるオリッサ寺院の美しいクラシカル・アートで、祈祷のためのダンス)、クラニオ・セイクラル・ボディーワーク（頭蓋仙骨療法）、そして目覚めと喜びをもたらす、その間のすべてのもの。

オーストラリア出身。常に旅人。現在はバイロン・ベイ、日本とインドを往復する生活。

Calling all Yoginis to enter the temple of the Body!

As above, so below… the rhythms of the body mirror the rhythms of the universe. Our menstrual cycle mirrors the moon, waxing and waning within us… continually filling up and emptying out. As we align our lives and practises with the rhythms of the universe, we use our precious ojas (lifeforce or juice) to celebrate reality rather than fight against it. Workshop includes:
- explanation of the inner effect (physical, mental/emotional, spiritual) of the outer movements of the moon and cosmos.
- appropriate practices for all phases of the lunar cycle (including diet).
- practices specifically for menstruation/moon days.
- ways to honour one’s body as a living expression of the Shakti, Devi, divine feminine, through careful attention to the changes within.

Saturday June 6 2 - 4:30pm
Ayurveda and Yoga – know thyself!

Pitta (fire), Vata (air/wind), Kapha (earth/water)… which is your primary dosha or constitution? Come along to find out. It can very insightful (and really funny) to see yourself so objectively, and to discover whether your yoga practise and lifestyle choices are actually bringing balance or further aggravation. Ayurveda is a practical science honouring the moment to moment changes of both inner and outer world, teaching us how to respond wisely to those changes in ways that bring balance AND evolution. Workshop includes:
- diagnosis of primary dosha
- how the doshas are expressed when balanced or aggravated through body type, personality, lifestyle etc.
- practical methods for balancing through yoga, diet, lifestyle.

※Please bring notebook, pen/pencil, sense of humour!
※workshop will be part theory/part practice but yoga clothes still necessary as we may still do movement.

【Bio.】

Lucy works with Louisa Sear on Yoga Arts Internationally accredited Teacher Training Courses, is a regular guest teacher on Sun & Moon Teacher Training Courses in Tokyo, and teaches classes, workshops, and retreats internationally.

She has practiced many styles and studied with different teachers over the last thirteen years.

Her longest and most revered teachers are life, nature and silence.

Lucy's teaching style is fluid, feminine, intuitive and creative. She brings new ways of working with classical yoga asanas with the natural spiraled movements of free-style dance.

Studying craniosacral bodywork has informed her teaching and practice, working from the inside out to find an inner spaciousness and ease, and a meditative presence grounded in silence. She loves the non-verbal aspect of hands on adjustments where so much can be communicated from body-to-body, when there is sensitivity and clear
intention.

Lucy's current passions are Odissi Dance, a very beautiful and devotional classical art from the temples of Orissa in East India, craniosacral bodywork, and everything else in between that brings wakefulness and Joy. Born in Australia but home 'on the road', she currently lives between Byron Bay, Japan and India.
