私たちは皆、ヨガの境地‐健康で活力に満ちた身体、広がりを持ち明瞭なマインド、創造的なエネルギーとインスピレーションに満ちた人生‐に至る可能性を自身の内に秘めています。このゴールを目指して、私たちが最大限に成長し発展するために、プラクティスに打ち込む時間を得るのは重要なステップとなります。それは、私たちの本質とつながり、私たちが欲しない、不必要となったものを自身のプラクティスの原動力として再利用できるよう委ねてゆく事なのです。

ヨガというゴールに至る道の助けとなる3つの重要な要素があります。それは、解毒（デトックス）、浄化、そして私たち自身を高めて行く事です。身体だけでなく、感情やマインドからも老廃物を取り除くための解毒法（デトックス）を実践。創造性と日常生活、人間関係に必要な環境を意図的に作り出すための浄化を行います。そして、練習内容やテクニックを向上させるため活性化し、自分自身を高めます。そうする事で、より高いレベルのエネルギーと気づきをもって生活することが出来るのです。

今年の夏は、活力に満ちた御岳山の週末ヨガ・プログラムでデトックスし、心身共によみがえりましょう！日常生活を離れ、友達と共に過ごしながら、自分のプラクティス、そして自分自身と向き合ってみませんか。

このプログラムでは、5つのアクティビティを順に繰り返し行い、解毒法（デトックス）や浄化法を用いて、身体だけでなく、マインドや精神も高めて行きます。楽しく、独特なスタイルを持ったヨガの練習をし、続いて浄化作用のあるダイエットメニューをとり、ハイドロセラピーを行います。力強い自然のエネルギーによって、私たちの創造的なエネルギーをリフレッシュし、休息をとり、若返りましょう。

プログラム詳細（予定）

            

ヨガ‐ハタヨガには、アシュタンガ、アイアンガーやクンダリーニ・ヨガといったスタイルのヨガが含まれます。ヴィンヤサは呼吸を身体の動きに調和させるスタイルです。筋肉や関節などの組織を整え、滑らかで柔軟に保ちます。クンダリーニ・ヨガは体内の毒素を取り除き、神経系を強くするのに適しています。内臓を健康にし、神経系にエネルギーを与え、私たちのオーラに光をもたらします。

食事法‐2種類の食事法を提供します。1つはリキッド（液体）・ダイエットで、強い体質の方、より深く浄化し、身体に滋養を与えたいとお考えの方に適しています。フルーツのブレンドジュース、玉ねぎとにんにくのジュースをそれぞれ1日2回、栄養補給のためのサプリメントと共にとります。もう1つは比較的やさしい食事法となり、浄化法が初めての方向けです。ヴェジタリアンのキチュリ（米や野菜をスパイスと一緒に煮たお粥のようなもの）を1日3回とり、間食にフルーツ（カットしていないもの）も食べられます。どちらもヨギ・ティー（チャイのようなスパイス・ティー）を飲み物として好きなだけ飲むことができます。どちらを選んだらよいか良く分からない方は、メールにてご連絡いただければどちらがより適しているかご相談に応じます。

ハイドロセラピー‐温水浴と冷水浴を用いて、内蔵や体内の組織から毒素を排出します。冷水が血液を内臓へ送り、温水は血液を皮膚表面へと送ります。体内の滞りを改善し、老廃物を排出しやすくする効果があります。1日の始まりに活力を与えてくれる入浴法で、内臓の自己修復力を高めます。

クリエイティブ/ヒーリング・タイム‐山は自然の癒しのエネルギーに満ちた場所です。独りの、またはお友達との時間を有意義に過ごし、人生を楽しみましょう。この時間は何をして過ごしても結構です。読書、執筆、絵を描いたり、今までした事のない事にチャレンジしてみても良いでしょう！伝統的なエネルギー・ヒーリングを試してみたい方にはヒーリング・サークルも体験していただけます。

休息‐私たちの身体には自浄および自己回復能力が備わっています。通常、これらの活動は夜間、真夜中から朝6時の間に行われるとされています。ですから、日中、身体の為に健康的な活動を行った後は、ゆっくりと時間をかけて、身体が浄化と回復のために必要な活動を行えるようにしてあげましょう。身体とエネルギー、マインドにかかる負担を軽減し、私たちが完全に、そして自然に若返るようにするのです。

We all have within us the potential of being in the state of yoga; the body healthy and vibrant, mind spacious and clear, and life full of creative energy and inspiration.  Spending time to devote to our practice, for our highest growth and evolution, is an important step to reach our goal.  It is reconnecting with our true nature and surrendering the unwanted and unneeded material to be recycled as fuel for our practice.

There are three important elements that support our goal of yoga: detoxify, purify and elevate.  We detoxify to release the waste material from the body, emotions and mind.  We purify to create an intentional environment for our creativity, livelihood and relationships.  And we elevate, meaning to upgrade our practice tools and techniques so we can operate at higher levels of energy and consciousness.

Join us this Summer for a weekend yoga program up at the inspiring Mount Mitake to detox and rejuvenate. Take some time out of your day-to-day life and be with friends, be with your practice, and most importantly be with your self.In this program, we will cycle through five activities designed to detoxify, purify and elevate your body, mind and spirit. We will practice fun and unique styles of yoga, follow a cleansing diet, hydrotherapy, refresh our creative energy with the powerful energies of nature, and rest and rejuvenate.

Program Details (rough draft):

Yoga - Hatha Yoga encompasses styles like ashtanga, iyengar, vinyasa and kundalini yoga.  Vinyasa is good for marrying breath with the movements of the body.  It keeps the muscles, joints and tissues toned, lubricated and supple.  Kundalini Yoga is good for getting toxins out of the body as well as strengthening the nervous system.  It brings health to the organs, energy to the nervous system, and light to our aura.

Diet - Two diets will be offered.  One is a liquid diet for those with a stronger constitution and want to more deeply cleanse and nourish the body.  It consists of a blended fruit juice followed later by an onion/garlic juice, both twice daily with some added supplements to fortify the body.  The other is a gentler diet for those who may be cleansing for the first time. It is a vegetarian kicharee eaten three times daily, plus whole fruit as a snack in-between. Both diets are served with yogi tea (much like chai), and one can have as much as one likes!  If you are unsure, send us an email and we’ll help you decide which diet will be right for you.

Hydrotherapy - This is using hot and cold water bathing to flush toxins out of the organs and tissues.  Cold water causes the blood to rush to the organs, and hot water causes the blood to rush out to the skin.  It remedies stagnation in the body and waste material is easily expelled.  It is an invigorating way to start the day and can help the organs to heal and repair themselves.

                                                             

Creative/Healing Time - The mountain is a powerful spot for the healing energies of nature.  Spend time with yourself or with friends to enjoy the beauty of life.  This is a time to spend however you choose; read, write, draw, do something you’ve never done before!  There will also be healing circle offered for those who want to try energy healing traditions.

                                                                                          

Rest - The body naturally cleans and repairs itself. This is primarily done at night between the hours of midnight and 6am. So we take the time to let the body do it’s job, as we’ve supported it with healthy activities throughout the day. We lighten the burden on our body, our energy, our mind, and let ourselves rejuvenate wholly and naturally.
