【通訳レポート -- マイルズ・マエダ　ヨガと数秘学ワークショップ：二つの科学の融合】

sakura yoga所属通訳の爽乃です。

6月2日（土）マイルズ・マエダ先生の「数秘学とヨガ」ワークショップ、盛況のうちに終了いたしました！

数秘学にも色々な形がありますが、このワークショップが面白いのは、ヨガをツールとしてアプローチできるところ。
数字から導き出された自分の強みや弱味に合わせたアーサナの練習メニューが組めてしまうんですね。

クンダリーニ・ヨガってホントに実用的。きついイメージを持たれがちな流派ですが、日常生活に活かせるヒントがいっぱいなんです。

2時間はあっという間に過ぎ、パーソナル・リーディングの申し込みも殺到！

会場としてお借りしたヨガ・スタジオ シュクラ／ハラジュク のオーナー、ミチコ先生は、パーソナル・リーディングの結果が、ヨガのティーチャー・トレーニングを受ける後押しになったとか。

実は私、このエピソードをずいぶん前に聞いていたのですが、我らがsakura yoga主宰、ひとみさんが私たちのようなヨガ通訳を育てようと思うきっかけになったのもMilesの数秘学リーディングだったと知ってびっくり！Milesもびっくり（笑）

今回ご参加下さった皆さんにも、このワークショップが新しい扉を開くきっかけになったらと思うとわくわくします。

素晴らしい学びをシェアしてくれたMiles, ステキな空間を提供して下さったシュクラ／ハラジュクのミチコさん、このワークショップで通訳のお手伝いをする機会を与えて下さったsakura yogaに感謝☆

ちなみに数秘学上、私の今生でのミッションは、人に奉仕する事です。私がヨガ通訳をする上で心がけている事は、講師のエネルギーをそのまま伝える「器」に徹する事。
Milesの素晴らしいエネルギーを私の日本語からも受け取って頂けていたら幸いです。

【Workshop Report -- Yoga & Numerology with Miles Maeda】
Miles‘ “Yoga & Numerology” workshop was held on Saturday, June 2.

There are many kinds of numerology but what is interesting about this workshop is using yoga as a tool to approach your personal numbers. You can make your own yoga set to work on your strength or weakness taken from your number.

Kundalini yoga is such a practical system. Some people might have an image that it is tough or difficult but actually full of useful knowledge you can incorporate into day-to-day life!

Pleasant two hours flew past…and many of the students were also interested in getting personal reading. The host studio (Shukla Harajuku) owner, Michiko told me that the information from her personal numbers led her to think about taking yoga teacher training. (and now she is a yoga teacher and have her own studio!!!)

And our team, sakura yoga’s director, Hitomi shared her amazing story about numerology reading that it gave her a chance to start fostering yoga interpreters/translators like us…! I didn’t know that! (and Miles didn’t either!)

I am so excited to think if this workshop could open many new doors to their possibilities.

Thank you so much Miles for sharing insightful teachings, thank you Michiko for providing such an amazing space, much gratitude to sakura yoga for giving this great opportunity to serve as an interpreter!

According to my personal number, my mission in this life is to serve people.
I always care a lot about being “a vessel” to convey teacher’s good energy when interpreting.
It will be such a pleasure for me if they could receive Miles’ amazing energy also through my Japanese :]
