キネシオロジーは体の姿勢や生命エネルギーを整える方法の一つで、ストレスを緩和し、乱れたエネルギーのバランスを取り戻し、活力を増進させ、健康に導きます。筋肉はそれぞれ体の異なる箇所とつながりをもっているのです。ワークショップではキネシオロジーの筋肉テストを用いて体のエネルギーの流れを調べ、バランスを整えていきます。

 

1964年にアメリカのカイロプラクター・、ジョージ・グッドハート博士によって開発されたキネシオロジーは、体と心と感情はつながっていて、それらのバランスが取れている時に最良の健康が得られるという原則に基づき身体に作用します。セラピストによってキネシオロジーの活用方法は異なり、ユニークです。ジェーンはキネシオロジーをバイオ・レゾナンス・セラピー(http://fandangoyoga1.wix.com/bicomjapan )と共に用いており、現在はヨガのアーサナが各個人に適しているか調べる為にも役立てています。

ワークショップでは、ヨガの練習のサポートとしてどのようにキネシオロジーを使う事ができるのか、個々にとってどのアーサナが「最適」なのか、をテストする方法をご説明します。体は人によって異なり、それぞれ違うものを必要としています。人生のある時期でその人の健康に適していなかったり、あまり役立たないアーサナがあるかもしれません。人は皆、身体的、精神的、感情的に異なります。どのアーサナが自分の体に合っているのかがわかれば怪我を予防することができ、健康と幸せを維持するための「最適な」ヨガの練習をすることができるのです。

 

ワークショップでは〜:

-基本的なテスト方法 :どのように乱れたエネルギーのバランスをチェックするのか

-正確なテストを行うための体のバランスの整え方

-あるアーサナが対象者に適しているかを見るための筋肉テスト

-健康と幸せのために最適で自分に適した練習内容の組み立て方

〜を学んでいきます。

 

ワークショップで学ぶテスト方法は非常に貴重なツールとなり、あらゆる場面に応用しながら、何が自分に「合っているか」を見つけることができます。少人数のグループで行う実践的なスタイルで、キネシオロジーの筋肉テストの方法の練習を数多く行っていきます。

Yoga and Kinesiology 

Kinesiology is a physical system of balancing posture and life energy to relieve stress and energy imbalances to increase vitality and health. Different muscles relate to different parts of the body and in this WS kinesiology muscle testing will be used to assess and balance energy flow in the body.

Developed in 1964 by an American Chiropractor, George J. Goodheart, Kinesiology works on the principle that the body, mind and emotion are connected and through the balance of these, full health can be achieved. Different therapists use kinesiology in their own unique way. Jane uses kinesiology with Bioresonance therapy (http://fandangoyoga1.wix.com/bicomjapan) and now she has adapted it for testing yoga asana compatibility for each individual.

In this workshop Jane will show you how to use kinesiology to benefit your yoga practice and how to test which asanas are ‘optimal’ for you. Each body is different and each person’s body has different needs. At some stages of life not all asanas may be optimal or benefiting to that person’s health. Each person is different physically, mentally and emotionally. If you know what asanas suit your body you can avoid injuries, and have a yoga practice that is sustaining and ‘optimal’ to your health and well being.

The workshop you will learn:

- Basic testing: how to check the body for basic energy imbalances

- How to balance the body so the person can be accurately tested

- Muscle testing to test if an asana is optimal for that person or not?

- Build a customized routine that is optimal for your health and wellbeing

The testing technique you will learn in this workshop is an invaluable tool, which can be applied to many different situations to find what ‘suits’ you.

The workshop will be a ‘hands on’ style working in small groups with lots of practice of the kinesiology muscle testing technique.
