怪我や身体の左右のアンバランスの度合い、その他の体型の違いなどにより、ポーズによっては最適ではないものもあると思われます。このワークショップでは応用運動学の筋力テストをしていき、ヨガポーズがその人にとって最適かどうかを見ていきます。

This workshop is canceled due to the space capacity.

Do all yoga poses suit everybody all the time? Sometimes due to injury or right left imbalances or other structural differences it may not be optimal to do a certain yoga pose. This workshop shows how to test the body through Applied Kinesiology muscle testing to find out whether a yoga pose is optimal or not for that person.

キネシオロジーの応用運動学は体の姿勢や生命エネルギーを整える方法の一つで、ストレスを緩和し、乱れたエネルギーのバランスを取り戻し、活力を増進させ、健康に導きます。筋肉はそれぞれ体の異なる箇所とつながりをもっているのです。ワークショップではキネシオロジーの応用運動学の筋肉テストを用いて体のエネルギーの流れを調べ、バランスを整え、アーサナの適合性を見て行きます。

 

1964年にアメリカのカイロプラクター・、ジョージ・グッドハート博士によって開発されたキネシオロジーとは、体と心と感情はつながっていて、それらのバランスが取れている時に最良の健康が得られるという原則に基づき身体に作用します。セラピストによってキネシオロジーの応用運動学の活用方法は異なり、ユニークです。ジェーンはキネシオロジーの応用運動学をバイオ・レゾナンス・セラピー(http://fandangoyoga1.wix.com/bicomjapan)と共に用いており、現在はヨガのアーサナが各個人に適しているか調べる為にも役立てています。

 

このワークショップでは、

・ キネシオロジーの応用運動学とは何か？を勉強していきます。

・ 身体の中での基本的なエネルギーのアンバランスをチェックする方法を見ていきます。

・ 正確なテストが行うための身体のバランスを整える方法を学びます。

・ ペアを組んでキネシオロジーの運動応用学のテスティングを練習していきます。

・ ヨガ・アーサナの適合性をペアを組んでテストしていきます。

ヨガ経験がある方達でどのポーズが自分に適しているのかを知りたいと思っている方、また、ヨガの先生達がご自分の生徒さんの怪我やアンバランスな状態をテストするのに最適なメソッドだと思います。

This workshop shows how to test the body through Applied Kinesiology muscle testing to find out whether a yoga pose is optimal or not for that person.

Applied Kinesiology is a physical system of balancing posture and life energy to relieve stress and energy imbalances to increase vitality and health. Different muscles relate to different parts of the body and in this WS Applied Kinesiology muscle testing will be used to assess and balance energy flow in the body and to test asana compatibility.

Developed in 1964 by an American Chiropractor, George J. Goodheart, Kinesiology works on the principle that the body, mind and emotion are connected and through the balance of these, full health can be achieved. Different therapists use Applied Kinesiology in their own unique way. Jane uses Applied Kinesiology with Bioresonance therapy (http://fandangoyoga1.wix.com/bicomjapan) and now she has adapted it for testing yoga asana compatibility for each individual.

 

In this workshop you will learn:

 

- What is Applied Kinesiology?

- How to check for basic energy imbalances in the body

- How to balance the body for accurate testing

- Work in pairs to practice Applied Kinesiology testing

- Work in pairs to test yoga asana compatibility

 

Who should attend?

This workshop is ideal for people with some yoga experience who would like to know what yoga poses suit their body. This method is also great for yoga teachers to test their students when someone has an injury or imbalance and also to prevent injury occurring.

 

What to Bring: Yoga mat, your own drinking water, pen, and notepaper.
